Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals if the protective sole cover has been removed.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. Standard shipping times apply.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • Marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items
