Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please mark returned packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals if the protective sole cover has been removed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
